Role - Year 4 Class Teacher

Location - Hitchin

Employment Type - Part Time

Contract Type - 1 term

Salary - £120.00 - £150.00 per day PAYE

Start Date - September 2024

The school -

This primary school is situated on the edge of Hitchin. The school is a one form entry, with an admission number of thirty, although the average class size of 26. The school has dynamic and motivated teachers who support each other. The provision of teaching assistants support to each class is very generous.

The role -

The school are looking for an experienced primary teacher who would be able to commit to one term maternity cover on a Thursday and Friday.

  • Year 4 Class of 24 pupils
  • The opportunity to lead a curriculum area
  • A full-time class TA

The successful candidate will be someone who -
