Year 2 Teaching Lead Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Year 2 team, ensuring top teaching standards with vision, direction, and support.

Year 2 Teaching Lead Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience in Key Stage 1.

• Excellent understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and assessment practices.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and stakeholders.
