Job Title: Year 2 Teacher (Maternity Cover)

Location: Cheshunt, Hertfordshire

Start Date: 15th April

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering engaging and inclusive lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Year 2 students.
• Creating a supportive and stimulating learning environment conducive to academic and personal growth.
• Planning and implementing effective teaching strategies aligned with the national curriculum.
• Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to promote continuous improvement.

• Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, achievements, and behaviour.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Proven ability to inspire and motivate young learners to reach their full potential.
• Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Organisational skills to manage workload and meet deadlines effectively.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
