Aspire People is currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team for a full-time position in Leamington Spa starting in September.
Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons for Year 1 students.
Utilise effective behavior management strategies to create a positive learning environment.
Develop and implement differentiated instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
Collaborate with colleagues and parents to foster a supportive educational community.
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of safeguarding procedures and ensure the well-being of all students.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
Previous experience teaching Year 1 students in a UK setting.
Strong behavior management skills.
Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
