Are you looking for your next teaching role on a long-term basis, teaching a Year 1 Class in an Ofsted rated 'good' primary school?

Do you want to be part of a friendly, caring and supportive team that work together to achieve the best for all children and their families?

Academics are working with a Primary School in Sittingbourne who are looking for an inspirational and creative Year 1 teacher to join their vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be a confident and hardworking Year 1 Teacher who is able to plan, prepare and deliver stimulating and challenging lessons that keep young pupils engaged in classwork and developing in their social and academic skills.
Behaviour and classroom management and curriculum knowledge is key for this role as well as previous experience of supporting children with a range of SEND. Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and UK experienced overseas-trained teachers are welcome to apply.

The Sittingbourne primary school are open to considering teachers who are available on both a part and full time basis.

Successful Candidates will:

  • Have QTS
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Good organisation skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Confident knowledge of the KS1 curriculum
