X2 Business Development Executive

Salary: £60k + Uncapped commission

Pursuit Executive Recruitment are seeking two experienced Business Development Executives to join our client based in Chelmsford.

A well-established, successful and growing company within their sector, the successful candidate must have a proven track record within sales, the ability to drive new business and MUST have a demonstrable track record of success within IT Asset Disposal.

To be successful in this role you must be self-motivated and enjoy working within a team. You must have a driven and motivational approach so as to create growth in new business markets.

The role;

• Developing new business for IT Disposal Services Division.
• Management of client relationships.
• Promotion of brand and services to client stakeholders.
• Liaising internally with teams across different departments.
• Updating CRM and performing administrative tasks.

The successful candidate will ideally have ownership of their own book of work that can be transitioned into my clients business.

Essential Skills;

• IT Product knowledge.
• Industry (ITAD) market knowledge.
• CRM software experience.
