Role: Temporary Workshop Assembler

Hours: Monday - Friday, 6am until 2pm

Start Date: 22/04/24

Location: Jays Close, Basingstoke (parking available onsite)

Duration: Typically, 6 months but can be for much longer depending on order volume

TaylorMade Golf is a global market leader at the forefront of innovation and at our HQ in Basingstoke, we custom build clubs which are sent to our customers all over Europe. People are at the heart of our success and we are currently searching for temporary staff to join the team via our recruitment partner, Adecco.

The role is varied and will include:

  • Assembly of components to required finished goods specifications:
    • Cutting shafts to length.
    • Measuring and fitting appropriate swing weight devices.
    • Bonding of shaft/head assemblies
    • Applying grip wraps and grips.
    • Bending clubs to required loft and lie specifications.
    • Cleaning and inspecting finished assemblies.
    • Packing and shipping orders.
  • Rework and repair of damaged/faulty products.
  • Picking of component stock to order requirements

Please note that you will be regularly required to stand, walk, bend, lift and reach.
