The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are excited to present a fantastic opportunity as a Workshop Manager for a long-standing client of ours at their independently run business.

As a Workshop Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's workshop. This role requires someone who can lead from the front, maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety, and customer service but also have a strong mechanical background.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Workshop Manager:

Overseeing day-to-day workshop activities and ensuring efficient workflow.

Managing a team of technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.

Implementing and maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety.

Liaising with suppliers, customers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Conducting regular performance reviews and providing training opportunities for staff development.

Identifying opportunities for improvement and driving business growth initiatives.

The Package:

Up to £45,000 Basic Salary + Bonus!

Monday to Friday [8:15am - 5:30pm] NO WEEKENDS!
