The position as a Scheduler is on a full-time, permanent basis within a small team in the Property Services department. This position would primarily involve working to organise the diaries of colleagues within the trades and surveying sectors to ensure that works are planned efficiently.
Further responsibilities would include:
- Scheduling work orders in a timely and efficient manner to ensure appointments are travel-efficient
- To manage the scheduling of planned and emergency works
- To liaise with customers to ensure they are kept updated informed of any visits
The ideal person would have experience in scheduling works previously, which doesn’t have to be within the property sector. They must have excellent IT skills, be happy to answer the phone and have excellent communication skills.
