Works Planner (M&E) – Housing Association – About The Client:

Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a regional Housing Association based in Liverpool who are looking to recruit a Works Planner (M&E) on a 12 month fixed term contracts. This role offers £32,716.62 per annum, with hybrid and flexible working policy, with a 50/50 split between home and the office/site. This organisation has an excellent benefits package including an excellent pension scheme and 28 days annual leave + bank holidays.

Works Planner (M&E) – Housing Association – About The Role:

• Planning and coordinating M&E WORKS
• To be professionally accountable for ensuring that the property stock is safe and meets all legislative requirements
• To be responsible for performance managing contracts in a consistent manner
• To deliver contracts to a high standard meeting agreed specifications & performance target, achieve value for money & maintain high levels of tenant satisfaction

Works Planner (M&E) – Housing Association – What You Need:

• UK Driving License 
• Social Housing experience desirable
