Job title: Workday (HCM) Consultant
Salary: £50,000 - £100,000 DOE
Location: London (twice a week in the office as a minimum)

• Gathering requirements, preparing functional and process design documents
• Being a point of technical expertise as a Workday HCM Consultant
• Analyse business process models to improve operational efficiency
• Working with key stakeholders
• Helping to identify areas for continuous improvement

• Workday HCM experience
• Insurance/Financial industry experience
• Strong business and process change experience

Experience in the following is not essential but will help you in the role:

• Ability to travel to the office in London, at least twice a week.
