Work Coordinator

Location:                     Exeter

Salary:                        £24,960 per annum (plus Benefits)

Contract length:         Permanent

Hours:                        40 hours per week

Venn Group are currently recruiting for an Work Coordinator to work on a contract in Exeter This exciting opportunity is looking for candidates who have previous experience in managing operational compliance including handling calls , Scheduling a range of works and managing customer and client relationships.

The successful Work Coordinator candidates will be responsible for:

  • Prioritising and scheduling backfill and reinstatement tasks
  • Rescheduling jobs that fall out of programme
  • Help us manage contract requirements for a range of jobs
  • Handling calls, scheduling a range of works
  • Validating each job to ensure the required information is available
  • Managing the customer and client relationships
  • Ensuring all regulatory information is updated and logged in real time with status updates on the internal system
  • Provide an efficient and flexible response to operational issues, to maintain levels of service delivery and programme works in line with contract specific requirements and engineer and supervisor capabilities and timescales

The successful candidate will have:

  • Good level of education
  • Previous call handling/ scheduling experience
  • Ability to operate a computerised data base system,
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to manage change
