We are looking for a strong Customer Service Advisors to work as betting operators at Royal Ascot. (Please note, you must be over the age of 18 to work at this event).

The ideal candidate:

  • Computer literate
  • Numerate
  • Good communication skills
  • Cash handling experience an advantage
  • Full training is provided

Hours: Minimum of 9 hours per day is guaranteed

Pay: £12.55 per hour

Benefits: Access to eligible travel allowance (dependent on distance from site), Free Parking, Lunch Provided, Uniform Provided

Training: To prepare you for the event, you will need to attend a fully paid day of training which will take place in May 2024.

Future events: Once trained, you will have the opportunity to work at additional events across the calendar year.
