Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and enjoy working in a dynamic environment? We are looking for friendly, positive, and vibrant individuals to join our front-of-the-house teams.    

You will be responsible for:

• Meeting and greeting customers, pointing them in the right direction, creating a welcoming and fun environment, and helping them get the best experience in every visit. 
• Responding to customers’ questions and enquiries in person, over the telephone, and by email in a friendly and efficient manner.  
• Preparing and setting up our venues and equipment for events and customer use. 
• Keeping everything clean, tidy, safe, and presentable.    

Our ideal candidate will be:

• Customer-focused, enthusiastic individual with strong organizational skills and ability to the juggle multiple demands simultaneously.  
• Great listener with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to convey information to a varied customer base.  
• Decisive, fair, and consistent problem-solver, able to organise and prioritise workload effectively.

Opportunities available:

• Wester Hailes High School – part-time permanent, 15 hours (Monday 14:00 – 22:00 and every second weekend 08:30 – 17:00)
• Wester Hailes High School – part-time permanent, 15 hours (Friday evening and every second weekend 08:30 – 17:00)
• Ainslie Park Leisure Centre - part-time permanent, 10.75 hours (2-week rolling rota - Wk1 - Saturday 8:15-15:45 and Sunday 8:00-16:00, Wk2 - Saturday 8:15-15:45)
