Berry Recruitment is hiring! We require a Weekend Chef to work for our client in Witney, Oxfordshire.

Salary: £15 per hour

Job details: Temp to Perm

Location: Witney, Oxfordshire

Hours: 07.30am - 15.30pm - Sunday - Saturday (Weekends minimum and remaining hours during the week)

Start date: ASAP

About the role:

As the Weekend Chef, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting Head Chef mid week
  • Preparing breakfast and brunch and overall responsibility of the kitchen at the weekend
  • Must work every weekend and bank holidays
  • Serving customers and being aware of dietary requirements and allergens
  • Working with the general assistant on duty to assist with kitchen and canteen clean up, pot wash etc

About you:

  • Chef de Partie experience desirable
  • An excellent record of hygiene standards
  • Experience of following food handling procedures, food safety regulations and associated paperwork
  • Experienced chef looking for more responsibility
