Wedding & Events Coordinator job in Hook (Hampshire), Highlights

This role incorporates both the sales conversation and planning process of Weddings & Events. You will have the support and guidance of the Sales Office Manager and you will also work in hand with the other Events Coordinator, supporting each other as required based on workload.

Most of the 100+ Wedding & Events held here each year will come from inbound interest, meaning that the sales conversion is a key element of the role. Once you have agreed a sale, you will then plan and organise the event specifics. For Weddings, you will usually be on-site for the first part of the actual wedding day, to ensure everything is on track as planned.
