Website Exexcutive

I am looking for a Website Executive to join their Marketing team and own the maintenance and growth of the companies multilingual website, using a content management system for a 6 month FTC. The role is responsible for working collaboratively to create website pages/tools which meet their needs while adhering to digital best practices, regulations and ensuring an optimal UX. This role follows hybrid working meaning you can predominantly work from home and travel into the Tunbridge Wells office a few times per month for team and stakeholder meetings. 

What you’ll be doing:

• Support the Senior Website Executive with the prioritising, testing and implementation of regular development sprints.

• Manage ad-hoc website changes needed to support technical SEO optimisation with support from our SEO agency.

• Support the team to make website changes needed to support regular product reviews, strategic projects and the and implementation of any new regulations, as needed.

• Support the launch of high profile and critical innovation and transformation projects

• Use performance and other analytics to track and evaluate website changes, recommend improvements as needed and produce reports for management.

• Continuously look to make improvements to the website ensuring it is accessible to users with access needs.

• Work with external digital and/or creative agencies to create new functionality for the website to improve the UX.

• Monitor performance of the website and identify ongoing optimisations and improvements

• Support the migration from CMS 11 to CMS 12

• Scope will include website in English and in French

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience of using a content management system (ideally CMS 12)

• Proven track record of web development activity and achievements

• Excellent attention to detail

• A passion for improving the customer experience

• Well organised and ability to work on multiple tasks at a time

• Strong knowledge of technical SEO best practices

• Adaptable and collaborative

• Understanding and experience of using an analytics tool

• Knowledge of the French language would be highly desirable
