Wealth Management Associate

Leading Specialist Wealth Manager, Based Central London

£35,000 - £43,000 + Excellent Package

An award-winning London-based Wealth Management Company are looking to expand their Wealth Management Associate team. This is an exciting time to join the company as they have strong investment plans to significantly grow the company through 2024. The company currently employs in the region of 100 members of staff, who operate on a hybrid basis from London offices. They have an excellent reputation and believe in developing employees’ knowledge and offering strong career development opportunities. The company offer an excellent structured training & development programme and will assist you with professional qualifications.

Working as an Associate, you will work closely with a Wealth Manager helping with the management of client relationships and technical administration.

Specifics of the role will include -

· Prepare client meeting packs, meeting notes and action schedules.

· Process all new business, ensuring company processes and procedures are adhered too.

· Maintain contact with clients, resolve queries, direct enquiries, and manage the relationship in a professional manner.

· Process fund switches and update valuations, client details.

· Co-ordinate client reviews, ensuring consultants have the required information ·

· Help consultants with diary management and organise meetings.

· Work as a productive part of your team, managing objectives and ensuring the best levels of client management are maintained.

· Attend client meetings when required and help build relationships.

· Have a desire to learn, develop and advance your technical knowledge and skills.

To apply for the role, you MUST HAVE PREVIOUS FINANCIAL SERVICES EXPERIENCE gained from a similar organisation - ideally Wealth Management, IFA, Investment provider, Platform or similar Financial Planning firm. You will also need to display excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic and desire to do well and have an all-round positive and enthusiastic approach.
