Requirements

 My client is looking for qualified, experienced Financial/Wealth Advisors with a minimum of 2 years’ industry experience to join our team.

You will have a strong motivation to develop your business, natural interest, and understanding of developments in private wealth and investment management. Our has extensive experience in developing individuals from an employed role and transitioning them into business owners of their own wealth management business. You will receive coaching from some of the most experienced and respected individuals in the wealth management industry.

This is a challenging role but if you have the grit and determination to make it happen our opportunity will reward you with fantastic earnings.

Requirements

• Qualified with a QCF Level 4 Diploma

• Advisory experience

• Experience working with High Net Worth clients

• Demonstrate how you have built and maintained a client base

• Deep desire to grow and succeed

• Team player who wants to work with us to continue to build our successful Practice

The firm has a strong culture of developing and nurturing its advisers with a track record of achieving earnings between £80,000 to £350,000+

The package includes the following:

  • This role is offered both employed or self-employed
  • Remuneration for employed varies depending on your experience and client following. For self-employed it is equivalent to 50% - 70% of fee income
  • Comprehensive training and development program
  • We have a Marketing and Business Development team who are sourcing quality leads so you dont have to
  • We book 10 meetings with HNW individuals into your diary every month
  • Administration and Paraplanning support - based in Canary Wharf
  • Operational costs covered
  • A clear pathway to client base ownership
