Your new role

-Managing and actively obtaining wayleaves, easements and licences.
-Ensuring correct permissions are in place for project
-Using effective and efficient means of communication
-Create relationships with key DNOs and act as a main point of contact
-Identify the correct landowners and site providers we require permission from by investigating through search providers including HM Land Registry
-Independently and effectively manage workload

What you'll need to succeed
-Previous Wayleave experience would be ideal
-Experience dealing with landlords and DNOs, with a general understanding of the process
-Experience using HM Land Registry to establish land ownership
-IT systems competency
-Ability to prioritise workload in line with department targets and installation programmes
-Flexibility to perform multiple duties across projects and manage requests from numerous stakeholders
