Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer.
Location: St Albans, Hertfordshire.
Salary / Benefits £22K - £35K + Training + Benefits
Future Select specialise in recruitment within the Water Hygiene / Legionella industry. We are working closely with a leading player within the Water Hygiene / Legionella who work across Industrial, Retail, and Commercial sites. Due to recently acquiring new contracts, they are now seeking to recruit a Water Hygiene Engineer. The successful candidate will be working alongside the company's longstanding team of engineers; carrying out L8 compliance services across a mixed range of sites, ensuring to maintain the company's excellent standards and rapport with clients. For the successful candidate our client can offer tailored training into more technical water systems, company pension, excellent holiday allowance, and attractive salary.
Will have good access to London and the surrounding areas: Hertford, Cheshunt, Watford, Hemel Hempstead, Luton, Aylesbury, Stevenage, Slough, Windsor, Reading, Bracknell, Woking, Buckingham, Bletchley, Milton Keynes, Brackley, Harlow, Chelmsford, Bishop's Stortford, Braintree, Maldon, Brentwood, Basildon, Southend-on-Sea, Dartford, Gravesend, Gillingham, Chatham, Maidstone.
Experience & Qualifications:
" Will have experience working hands on as a hygiene engineer for an established Water Hygiene / Legionella company.
" Able to demonstrate practical knowledge of HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
" Able to communicate professionally with collages and clients of all levels.
" Will manage workload in line with company / client needs.
The Role:
" Legionella sampling.
" Water monitoring.
" TMV servicing and fail-safe testing.
" CWST cleans and disinfections.
" Calorifier inspections, cleans, and disinfections.
" Cooling tower cleans and disinfections.
" Showerhead cleans and descales.
" Flushing of little used outlets.
" Filling out logbooks on site upon completion of work.
" Carrying out work in line with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
Alternative Job titles: Environmental Service Technician, Service Engineer, Water Hygiene Operative, Monitoring Engineer, Legionella Technician.
