Insight Employment are actively seeking Waste Recycling Operatives and Laborers for their client’s busy site in Milton Keynes.

This role is long term to permanent and full time and runs throughout the year.

The role will include general laboring duties and picking duties and assistance inside the waste sections of the site. You will require good communication skills. Someone that is used to working in a busy and noisy environment and the picking work is inside a room with air conditioning and heating.

They specialize in Construction, Waste Management, Plant Hire, Demolition and Transport operations.

Responsibilities for the job role:

  • General yard laboring duties.
  • Ensure that the health & safety procedures are always complied with.
  • Ensuring waste product is stored accordingly in a safe and secure manner.
  • Pick different types of recyclables from waste piles.
  • Use of hand-held booking in tablet. (Full training will be given).
  • To monitor and maintain housekeeping standards.
  • Sorting and segregating waste under supervision.
  • Removing waste materials from moving conveyor systems.

Hours: -

Working hours are between 06:00am and 18:00pm Monday to Friday and Saturday work is available from 07:00am-13:00pm.

Rate: -

£11.44 per hour

Attendance Bonus: -

£1.00 per hour
