We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Warranty & Service Executive to join our award-winning Volkswagen Commercial Vehicle operation in Southampton. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary plus benefits.

Hours: Mon - Fri, 8.00am - 5.00pm

Key responsibilities as our Warranty & Service Executive:

  • Submit accurate warranty and goodwill claims on a daily and weekly basis
  • Monitor daily and weekly reports
  • Administer warranty policy in the best interest of Breeze, the manufacture and the customer aiming for profitability and efficiency
  • Maintain records of warranty submissions and customer contributions towards goodwill claims
  • Liaise with the parts department to ensure all parts replaced under warranty are retained for the correct period of time, are labelled, and made available to manufacture on request
  • Additional support to the front of house team during peak times and 1 in 3 Saturdays covering service reception
  • Job card preparation is an essential part of this role
  • Undertake other tasks as requested by the General Aftersales Manager

What we’re looking for in our Warranty & Service Executive:

  • Main dealer warranty experience essential
  • Computer skills essential
  • Knowledge of Keyloop (CDK) desirable, although training will be given
  • Ability to use own initiative and multi-task
  • Great organisational skills
  • Team player that offers flexibility within their role
  • Personable approach, with a polite and courteous manner
  • Full driving licence
