An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mobile Toyota/Lexus Part-Time Warranty Administrator to join our busy Aftersales department, covering 3 dealerships within the RRG Group initially covering RRG Toyota Rochdale, RRG Toyota Salford Quays, and RRG Lexus Stockport.

The Mobile Warranty Administrator role:

Working within a small team, you will input warranty claims, oversee invoice/crediting, manage the warranty system for any returned or denied claims, monitor and manage any old warranty debt and general administration and keep up to date with the latest manufactures communications and requirements.

Full training will be provided for the correct person and petrol expenses will be repaid.

Essentially, we are looking for someone who is organised and possesses the ability to work on their own, meet deadlines and use their own initiative. Previous experience in administration will be essential and previous experience within the motor trade would be advantageous, but not necessary as full training will be provided.

What we are looking for:

+ A team player and willing to take on new challenges
+ Able to use your own initiative and be adaptable to change
+ An excellent communicator both verbally and written
+ Strong administrative skills
+ IT literate in Excel and Word
+ A good eye for detail
+ Full driving licence and own transport with B1 insurance
+ Prior warranty administration or motor trade experience would be advantageous but not essential
