Are you an experienced Warehouse Administrator, looking for a new challenge?

Baltic Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Temp to Perm Warehouse Administrator for a highly reputable client located in Hartlepool.

Warehouse Administrator Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Managing emails, phone calls and other communication.
  • Data entry, retrieval, and databased maintenance - keeping records organized.
  • Filing and archiving - ensuring documents are properly stored.
  • Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations - using office software effectively.
  • Compiling reports, summarizing information for decision-making.
  • Speaking to customers - addressing queries and resolving issues.

Warehouse Administrator Applicants:

  • Candidates must possess excellent computer skills.
  • Candidates must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Must hold a Full UK License and own transport.

Working Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm. Annual salary: £27,224.68 & Hourly Rate: £13.42.

A full DBS check must be completed before starting employment. If candidates already have a DBS check, this would be highly beneficial.
