Morgan Hunt currently require Ward Host Cleaners for NHS based in North London.

Pay Rate: £11.44ph PAYE + £1.38ph WTR Total: £12.82ph Weekdays/ £13.56ph PAYE Nights/Saturday All Day and £15.63ph PAYE Sunday/Bank Holiday All Day.

Hours: 37.5 hours shifts per day between 06:00am to 22:00pm

Location: North London

Duration: 3 months on going contract

Suitable candidates must have previous cleaning or housekeeping experience.

Duties

To satisfy the needs of the patients whilst consistently achieving the service and product delivery standard. You will collect, store, regenerate and deliver crockery, cutlery, patient food and beverages to ward areas. You will also be responsible for serving and clearing food to patients. This is to be achieved in tandem with the cleaning of the ward to provide a clean and safe environment for all Patients, Staff and Visitors alike. This is to be achieved using the process as laid out in the 2021 NHS Cleaning Standards.

Key Responsibilities include:

To acknowledge all patients in a polite and friendly manner as per trusts standards

  • To acknowledge and act upon individual patient needs whilst observing cooking standards
  • To always treat all customers in a polite and courteous manner whilst carrying out the cleaning of all the components of the NHS 2021 Cleaning Standards
  • To deal with all Patients comments in a positive manner and take appropriate follow up action.
  • To be knowledgeable of all our products, and to advise the Patient in a professional, helpful manner.
