Reed Education Southampton are currently recruiting a number of Primary and Secondary Teachers to fulfil a large number of bookings across Hampshire.

We at Reed Education Southampton run the Hampshire Supply Service through our branch, working with over 500 schools across Hampshire. We support these schools with a mixture of cover dependant on their needs, including day to day absence cover, long term cover and permanent positions, where we need your help to support these schools!

As a Supply Teacher, you will receive bookings based on your preferences and location, and attend the school on a daily (or if preferred, long term) basis. You will have cover work set for you upon arrival, and be responsible for your assigned class for the full day, ensuring all children are kept safe and are engaging in their learning.

Your day will start at 8:30am and end at 3:30pm, providing you with a structured day and work-life balance, with no marking or homework! On average, we paid our supply teachers £150 per day last year, and aim to provide competitive pay rates to ensure you are being paid appropriately for your teaching experience.

For this role, you will be/will need:

- Qualified Teacher Status desired, or at least a teaching qualification

- Subject specialism degree or degree in Primary Education

- Available throughout the week to fulfil bookings within your area

- Open to flexible work in a variety of local schools

- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service – this can be obtained through Reed
