We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Waiter/Waitress at this wonderful parkland venue. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a renowned establishment known for its exceptional service and exquisite dining experience.

Job Duties:

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Serve food and drinks to guests while providing exceptional service.
  • Ensure guests' satisfaction by attending to their needs promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
  • Assist in setting up and clearing tables.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to deliver a seamless dining experience.
  • Knowledgeably answer guest inquiries about menu items and specials.
  • Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest experience.
  • Handle guest payments and process transactions accurately.
