Waiter/Waitress

A Westport based Bar and Restaurant is looking for a Waiter/Waitress who has passionate and strong desire to deliver great customer service to join their team.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and seat customers upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies).
  • Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff promptly.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle any concerns or special requests.
  • Clear tables efficiently and reset them for the next guests.
  • Uphold high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the dining area.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar role preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus.

Accommodation
