The Wealth/Relationship Manager is a trusted advisor, helping clients achieve financial goals through wealth planning advice, investment and credit solutions, and banking services. The role involves understanding client needs and providing bespoke advice to help them reach their financial and lifestyle ambitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve personal objectives and assist in meeting team targets for new clients, investable assets, credit, and wealth planning revenue.
  • Maintain high client service levels and act as an expert for banking products, credit advice, and client queries.
  • Deliver high-quality bespoke advice and negotiate the best commercial outcomes.
  • Act as the key interface between the client and other parts of the organization, including Wealth Planning, Wealth Credit, Discretionary Portfolio Management, Investment Advisory, and Legal & Compliance.
  • Discuss markets, their issues, and opportunities with clients.
  • Engage with digital technologies relevant to the Wealth Management business to enhance client service.

This role requires a self-directed individual with a strong understanding of financial markets and banking products, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong client service orientation, excellent communication skills, and high ethical standards.
