  • Specific responsibilities are subject to change as priorities are re-assessed but the following sets out the main focus areas.
  • Review of new legislation
  • Technical review of new legislation to help determine impact on Morgan Stanley. This may include:
  • CRDV/ CRR2 related legislation impacting EU jurisdictions along with the national implementation of these regulations in Germany
  • IFD / IFR related legislation impacting EU jurisdiction along with the national implementation of these regulations in France and Ireland
  • Amendments to UK legislation on-shoring EU regulations
  • New PRA / FCA rulebooks to be introduced post the finalisation of the Financial Services bill, including the implementation of CRR2 related requirements
  • Proposals relating to CRDVI / CRR3
  • Support related project work
