Voids Supervisor
Location: Northfleet
Salary: GBP30,000 - GBP35,000 per year
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.
Job type: Full-time, permanent

Bridge Recruitment are helping one of our ever-expanding clients recruit for a well-established Voids Supervisor. You will be working within the social housing industry.
Responsibilities of the Voids Supervisor:
· Providing support and guidance to the Voids Team, ensuring they consistently deliver high-quality work
· Carrying out pre- and post-inspections of all void works to identify and address any potential issues
· Monitoring the progress of void projects and ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
· Conducting site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with company standards
· Supporting the Operations Manager and Voids Manager in producing performance reports
· Ensuring that Company objectives and standards of performance are understood and adhered to by the team
· Promoting a culture of exceptional customer service and quality throughout the voids team
· Carrying out EH&S responsibilities to maintain a safe working environment
· Completing all required documentation and maintaining company equipment
Requirements of the Voids Supervisor:
· Experience as a Voids Supervisor or similar role
· Experience in reactive repairs, voids, or planned works projects
· Knowledge of asbestos, Gas Reg, legionella, building regulations, fire regulations, health and safety regulations and carrying out risk assessments within a housing environment
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of stakeholders
· Supervisory and organisational skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Excellent time management skills
· Driving licence and willingness to travel
