Remote based in either: Dallas, Texas, Chicago, New York

(50% of your time will be spent travelling)

Remuneration: $160,000 - $190,000neg (depending on exp) + 8% net profit & full comprehensive benefits package

The role of the Vice President - Speciality Construction Products will involve:

• Vice President position responsible for the sales & installation of all division 10 speciality products such as: lockers, cubicle, portioning systems, makers boards, changing facilities, bathroom accessories, hand dyers etc
• Oversee 8 locations throughout Flordia (3), Texas (2), California (2) and Chicago
• Overall responsibility of a $30m turnover business, each branch turnover between $2m-$5m
• Analyse problematic situations and provide solutions to ensure company growth
• Analyse competitors activity and forecast changes in the market
• Target projects would include: schools, office blocks, residential buildings and large end users

The ideal applicant will be a Vice President - Speciality Construction Products with:

• Must have at least 5 years+ experience in Division 10 sales & installation
• Must have management experience
• Must have a strong commercial and manufacturing knowledge and experience
• Must have experience developing and implementing strategic business plans
• Ideally from a related product background however not essential such as: marker boards, visual displays, signage, toilet partitions, washroom accessories, cubicles, bathrooms cubicles, washrooms, panels, bathroom panels, washroom accessories, duct panels, lockers, benches, door hardware, ironmongery, laminates, worktops, decorative surfaces and durable surfaces etc.
