Our client is seeking a Veterinary Medicine Advisor. As part of their medications team, you will ensure safe dispensing of veterinary medicines in compliance with company and legal regulations. Key responsibilities include processing prescriptions, managing medication orders, and assisting customers with inquiries.

This role offers flexible work arrangements and growth opportunities. You will work the first initial week in office, this will be office-based training from 8am to 4pm, followed by full-time remote work with occasional mandatory office attendance as required. All necessary equipment will be provided, with the option for preferred hybrid office arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe dispensing of veterinary medicines in compliance with Veterinary Medicine Directorate regulations.
• Process veterinary prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
• Approve medication orders.
• Assist the customer service team with medication inquiries.

Requirements:

• Experience with Veterinary Medicines - certified Registered Animal Medicines Advisor (RAMA/SQP) ideally, on the job training for this certificate would be considered.
• Equine veterinary experience is preferred.
• Basic computer skills required, must be confident in your computer proficiency as the role will be all on the computer.
• Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Previous experience in an online pharmacy preferred.
