Venue Coordinator - Apex Venues

We are Apex Venues working in partnership with Excel Fundraising. Combined we support Dogs Trust, the UK’s largest dog welfare charity. We aim to maintain relationships with high-quality venues for our clients, allowing them to raise funds for dogs across the UK and Northern Ireland by raising awareness among the public and gaining their support via regular direct debit donations or lottery sign-ups.

The Role

Apex Venues works in a unique environment where no two days are the same. The team works closely to deliver an unrivalled service to our clients. If you enjoy developing and maintaining relationships, a fast-paced environment and being organised, then this is the ideal role for you!

You will be a success in this role if you

• Come from a B2B sales, venue-finding or fundraising background
• Have the ability to use your incitive to problem-solve
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy building client relationships
• Have a positive work ethic, driven to meet and exceed targets
• Have a full UK driving licence and your own car
• The ability and willingness to work in different environments each day
• Have a good level of IT knowledge

What we give you

• A permanent contract full time 5 days per week, 7 hours per day
• A basic salary of £25K with OTE of £40K. The commission is uncapped
• 28 days annual leave for full-time
• Company phone and tablet will be provided
• Paid mileage
• Auto enrolled in our pension scheme after successfully passing probation
