Our client, a busy franchised dealership, in Newbury has the requirement for an experienced Vehicle Technician with all skill levels to join their established Workshop team.
 
Responsibilities
 
As a Vehicle Technician your responsibilities will include:
 
Routine Servicing & Repairs to Manufacturer Standards
Cambelt, Clutch, Gearbox & Engine Repairs/Replacements Raising job cards
Electrical & Mechanical Diagnostics
New Car PDI's & Used Cars Multi Point Checks
Warranty Repairs
MOT Tests (if qualified to do so)
 
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
 
Essential Requirements:
NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or Equivalent
2 years post apprenticeship experience
Full UK Driving Licence
 
Desirable Requirements:

Manufacturer Accreditations / Qualifications
Franchised Dealer Experience
MOT Licence
EV/Hybrid Qualification
 
Remuneration & Benefits 

Basic Salary £30,000 - £35,000 DOE
On Target Earnings £42,000 - £45,000 per annum (uncapped)
Paid Overtime @ 1.5 (time and a half)
Manufacturer Training

Working Hours 

42.5 hour week
Saturdays on a rota basis
