Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join our team in Southampton.
Responsibilities:
Conduct routine maintenance checks and vehicle repairs
Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults
Perform work according to manufacturer guidelines and standards
Carry out vehicle inspections and road tests
Maintain accurate records of work and parts used
Provide training and mentorship to junior technicians
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician in a workshop setting
NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
Efficiency in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and methodical work approach
Full UK driving license
Working hours:
Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 17:00 (with a 30-minute lunch break)
Saturday: 08:00 to 13:00 (1 in 3 rota, paid at time and a half)

Competitive salary of £34,500 to £36,900 based on experience
