Salary: £35,000 - £39,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Bonus

Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:30 Every other Saturday, 08:30 - 12:30

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proficient and experienced Vehicle Technician to contribute to the continued success of our partner garage. As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for a range of maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring that our customers' vehicles are serviced efficiently and to the highest standards. Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance and servicing checks and repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
• Perform fault diagnostics on various vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, brakes, air conditioning, and fuel systems.
• Carry out repair and service operations on engine units, suspension components, electrical systems, and interior trim components.
• Conduct electronic vehicle health checks to identify potential issues and ensure optimal vehicle performance.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their concerns and provide technical advice and solutions.
• Conduct road tests on vehicles following repair or service work, and accompany customers for demonstrations of vehicle concerns or faults.
• Participate in ongoing training programs to stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and advancements.
• Adhere to company and manufacturer disciplines and procedures to maintain quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the business to support and maintain a positive working environment.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified and experienced Vehicle Technician - NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (essential).
• Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 penalty points.
• Passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.
• Computer literate with the ability to learn new systems easily.
