This role involves the daily delivery of technical training in vehicle maintenance, adhering to curriculum guidelines and creating a secure training setting. You'll also contribute to course enhancement by incorporating new technologies and ensuring precise documentation of trainee assessments. It's noteworthy that prior teaching experience isn't neccasary, as comprehensive training will be provided, leading to the attainment of a level 4 teaching qualification.

This role would suit a Vehicle Technician or similar looking to take the next steps in their career to develop and influence the next generation.

THE ROLE:

* Deliver training in vehicle maintenance, utilizing curriculum and training materials, while ensuring a safe learning environment.
* Develop and update course content, incorporating new technologies, and maintain accurate records of trainee assessments. Design assessments, examinations, and continuous evaluations, and invigilate examinations, contributing to effective technical education in the Initial Trade Training Department.
