In this role, you'll manage SMR costs, report trends, and update stakeholders. You'll stay informed about legislation and technical details of Accessible Vehicles. Plus, you'll represent AVAM and WAVCA on technical issues and serve as the operations team's central technical resource.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Accessible Vehicles and a strong technical background. They should demonstrate a proven record of improving customer/partner processes, along with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, as is proficiency in organizational and planning tasks. The ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels and deliver results in a fast-paced environment is crucial. Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads, commercial awareness, and a high level of proficiency in Excel are also required.
