Job: Vehicle Damage Assessor/ Estimator

Salary: £38k

Area: Rochdale

Ascend Talent is seeking a VDA to join an accident repair centre based in Greater Manchester. As a VDA you will be responsible for all damage assessment, negotiation & customer liaison aspects of the vehicles entrusted with the ARC. In this position it requires knowledge & previous experience of the various systems & methods.

Responsibilities: As a Vehicle Damage Assessor you will be responsible for;

  • profitability through sales.
  • Maximising customer awareness of all available services.
  • Ensure highest level of customer care and satisfaction at all times.
  • Maintain excellent standards of departmental administration.
  • Develop relationships with exisiting manufacturers and insurance approvals.
  • Negotiate the greatest rates for the repairs required, whilst sticking to the manufacturers standards.

Experience/ Skill:

  • Background of VDA role
  • Use of Audatex
  • Sales & Negotiation Techniques
  • Customer Service experience

Package:

  • Salary is £35k-£38k
  • Manufacturer training provided where required
  • 40 hour week
  • Pension Scheme
