Job Role:

As a Vehicle Damage Assessor you will be responsible for assessing a range of vehicle using Audatex as the platform to calculate/ estimate repair costs, with adequate time requirements and repair methods. Liaising & negotiating with Insurance engineers & private customers. Create accurate damage assessments to BSI PAS 10125 standards, using the correct repair methods.

Experience:

  • Background of VDA role
  • Use of Audatex and or Glassmatrix Systems
  • Sales & Negotiation Techniques
  • Customer Service experience
