Are you an experienced Valuer who is looking to join a successful company?

Specialists in the New Homes sector our clients are a well-respected and successful company who are currently expanding its multiple departments. In their Colchester office, they are looking for an experienced Valuer to join their team.

This opportunity is not like any typical high street agency Valuer as you will be office based and not working every weekend!

Working hours:

As a Valuer you’ll be required to work Monday to Friday and only 1 in 6 Saturdays

The successful Valuer will be offered:

  • Up to £25,000 basic
  • Up to £35,000 OTE (Uncapped)

To be considered for the Valuer role you must have:

  • A strong background in Estate Agency
  • Valuation experience
  • Strong Admin & IT Skills
  • A team player
  • Highly organised
  • Reliable
  • Proven track record
  • Strong communication skills

As a Valuer your role will involve the following:

  • Drafting around 6-7 valuation reports per day
  • Speaking to customers, Estate Agencies, New Built Developers across the UK on a daily basis
  • Contacting Estate Agencies to value properties all across the UK
  • Providing exceptional customer service at all times
