VALUER / SALES NEGOTIATOR

FULL-TIME. PERMANENT.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Due to continued growth or clients are looking for an enthusiastic individual, primarily based out of Bedale and providing cover in Barnard Castle, who has previous valuation experience and is hungry for a new challenge. This exciting role needs someone with great drive and ambition with a 'can do’ attitude.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES

?To build up relationships with clients to maintain long term relationships

?To provide accurate and reliable valuations

?Formulate well-reasoned opinions on value backed up by comparable evidence ?Ensure compliance with all internal and regulatory standards

?To grow market share and brand awareness within designated areas

?All aspects of sales negotiation including day to day tasks such as answering phone calls, follow ups, proactive chasing and supporting the wider team where required

AS THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE YOU WILL:

?Have previous experience in Valuations

?Have a confident personality with excellent communications skills

?Have a proven and quantifiable track record of achieving targets

?Be self-motivated, possess a pro-active approach and maintain an outstanding professional and customer service focused approach

Hours of work - Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm with 1 hour for lunch plus Saturday mornings on a rotational basis (currently 1 in 3)
