Our client, a leading global energy company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Senior Counsel to advise on patents and other intellectual property matters.

The successful candidate will be a US-qualified Patent Attorney with a proven track record of handling IP matters, including experience working for a multinational company. Candidates must be registered with the US Patent & Trademark Office. A background in chemicals, chemical engineering or chemistry would be particularly useful.

From this exciting opportunity, you can expect to handle a broad array of IP matters including, patents, social media enforcement, education and training, counselling, and a large amount of agreement work. This opportunity will grant you exposure to some of the highest-value work within the market, as the department and company continue to grow.

Location: Saudi Arabia

Remuneration: Competitive salary commensurate with experience + comprehensive benefits package

While prior experience within Saudi Arabia or the broader Gulf region is not obligatory, it would be highly regarded.
