Do you have experience supporting and developing the learning of students? Are you looking for a new challenge?

Urgent TA vacancy - 1:1 working with someone who is hearing impaired and needs support. 3 days per week, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday at a college in Cambridge. Doesn't need to be someone who can sign but we need a very clear English speaker as the pupil lip reads so needs clear pronunciation and diction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for supporting students and experience within education. The successful candidate will be somebody who is:

- Enthusiastic and engaging, making learning fun and valuable for the children.

- Resilient and adaptable with their approach to ensure that children are supported appropriately and professionally.

- SEND experience/knowledge is desirable.
