Position: Unqualified Teacher (Secondary Schools)

Salary: £90 - £130 per day

About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Unqualified Teachers in secondary schools across Kirklees. As an Unqualified Teacher, you will have the opportunity to support students' learning, work alongside experienced educators, and contribute to a vibrant educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the planning and delivery of lessons under the guidance of qualified teachers.
• Providing one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance.
• Maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment conducive to student growth and development.
• Assisting with classroom management and behaviour management strategies.
• Collaborating with teaching staff to ensure the smooth running of lessons and activities.

Requirements:

• A genuine passion for education and a desire to make a difference in students' lives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic school environment.
• Although formal teaching qualifications are not required, any relevant experience working with children or young people would be advantageous.
