A fantastic, diverse primary school in the Borough of Tower Hamlets is looking to fill a Unqualified Pastoral Care Assistant role, starting ASAP. The school are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to support children across the school with SEND and SEMH needs.

The ideal candidate for the Unqualified Pastoral Care Assistant role would be those wishing to kickstart a career in education, psychological research, therapy, mental health and more! This is a paid opportunity, and the school are looking to hire the right person ASAP.

  • Unqualified Pastoral Care Assistant in an awarded primary school
  • £105 - £110 per day
  • Full-time, Long-Term
  • Monday - Friday role
  • Based in Tower Hamlets

About The Unqualified Pastoral Care Assistant Job Description:

  • Provide support to pupils with SEND and SEMH needs.
  • To work with a team of hardworking, determined, and inclusive staff.
  • To facilitate an individual student's needs and abilities.
  • To support small groups with learning and development.

The Ideal Unqualified Pastoral Support Assistant Will Have:

  • Experience working with children with SEND/SEMH needs.
  • A high level of communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A degree level qualification.
