We are recruiting for a Learning Assistant for a Secondary School in NE61 to work on a full time long-term basis starting as soon as possible!

Your role & responsibilities:

? Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students

? Support pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs

? Work with the teacher in lesson planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/plans as appropriate

? Deliver catch-up sessions

Non-negotiables:

? Must have recent/relevant experience working with secondary age pupils

? Must have a passion for education

? Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills

? Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the teacher
