I am delighted to be working in partnership with a well established E&I Contractor on their search for 6x Underground Electricians/Approved Electricians on a long term contract basis (6 months plus).

You'll be working on site local to Whitby, North Yorkshire on an electrical installation project.

Some of the work will require you to go underground (365 meter level & below). When you are working underground you will be paid an uplift of £4 per hour on top of your normal rate. Any work carried out 48 meters or above will be paid at the standard rate.

Ideally you'll be a qualified Electrician, with experience working on prior Engineering installation projects and hold either 17th or 18th Edition qualification.

Rates are as follows(CIS/Ltd):
Pay rate: £20.72
OT1: £27.80
OT2: £36.65
Underground uplift: £4

There is also a mileage allowance if you live within 25 miles of site, if you're over 40 miles away from site you would be entitled to a lodging allowance.
